Roger Hussey is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and received his MSc in industrial relations and his PhD in financial communications from the University of Bath. He worked in industry as an accountant for several years before moving to the Industrial Relations Unit at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University, as director of research into employee communications. Following a 6-year period at Oxford University, he accepted a position at the University of the West of England as Deloitte and Touche professor of financial reporting. Roger is professor emeritus at the University of the West of England and the University of Windsor, Canada.
