As I've said, learning agility is a rather complex construct. Making vague comments about a person's “inability to adapt”or the fact that he seems “reluctant to experiment with new ideas”doesn't provide that individual with the type of detailed information he needs to support his development. Instead, try to provide professionals with feedback that helps them to paint a clear picture of the specific behaviors they need to strengthen to support their learning agility.
