The hardest part when implementing DevOps is a shift in conversations with management. Management is used to asking the following questions:
- How much will it cost?
- How much will we earn from it?
From a management perspective, these are reasonable questions. But in a DevOps world, they can be toxic and can lead to a large amount of planning upfront if they are answered at the wrong time and in the wrong way.
