Reflections

I am honored beyond measure to have had the opportunity to hear from 30 African American male executives about their leadership journeys in U.S. corporations. Despite their different industries, locations, and ages, the tie that bound them together was their various experiences as African American male executives. Their individual stories provided keen insight into their collective experiences. While each of them acknowledged that they have been blessed to have accomplished a lot, they also acknowledged that their accomplishments were not easy.
