The Impact of the Gap of African American Male Executives to U.S. Corporations

Another key area explored in this research was the impact of the gap in African American male executives in U.S. corporations to those businesses. To understand the impact of this gap, I started by asking the executives how they view the gap in the number of African American male executives in U.S. corporations. In the opinions of 29 of the 30 executives, U.S. corporations are at a competitive disadvantage without African American male and female executives.
