The African American Male Leadership Experience

As previously stated, the goal of this research was to hear directly from African American male executives about their leadership journeys and their perceptions about the factors that shaped them. This research looked for similarities and differences in their experiences.

This book is focused on the experiences of 30 African American male executives in U.S. corporations. These executives represent a broad array of corporations and industries.
