We have learned from our experience as project managers that time-challenged executives need a short, practical book to help them fulfill the project sponsor role. We chose warp-speed for the title because we wanted these executives to know immediately that we’re responding to the realities of their time-pressured lives. Our book contains short discussions of projects’ many topics and focuses on practical actions that position projects for success. This book is not another giant, difficult-to-read, exhaustive, and exhausting academic dissertation on project management.
