Conclusions

We recognize that all project sponsors are time-challenged. In response, we’ve:

1. Only selected the most common and potentially risky topics that projects will encounter

2. Only described immediate, tactical actions you can take to reduce project dysfunction and risk to position the project for greater success

We deliberately did not attempt an omnibus book of all or even most of the situations that projects can encounter and all the actions you might consider.
