Overview

Design is the project phase consisting of analysis to produce detailed designs of the project’s deliverables.

Too often, projects produce incomplete designs because the requirements elicitation was not broad or detailed enough.

Misinterpretations Are Easy

Consider how easy it is to misinterpret this license plate:
