W.I.N. B.I.G. Questions for Any Coaching Situation
If you haven't already done so, you may want to take a look at Chapter 5, “How Do I Use This Book?”
This chapter is divided into six sections, one for each stage of the W.I.N. B.I.G. coaching model. There are forty questions in each section (some have follow-up questions). Remember, your goal is not to ask all of the questions! Have your coachee pick a number between one and forty and use that question to start the dialogue in that section. Follow up with questions of your own, or pick another number. Answer enough questions until you get all of the information you need in that section and then move on.
