Leading, for Worse or for Better
Some leaders get, and deserve, more ass kicks than others. This section will introduce you to two sadly common leadership archetypes: Pigheads and Weaklings. Leaders who are overly sure of, and preoccupied with, themselves eventually reap the butt-kicking consequences of arrogance. Conversely, leaders who are impish, fickle, and banal get booted due to ineffectiveness. The two leading causes of leadership butt kicks are over- and underconfidence.
