They represent strategies, actions, and attitudes that deliver results and rewards for you and your business. Flexing gives you an edge to win at almost (I said “almost”) any cost. It is legal. It is not intended to harm, but the tactics may be borderline socially acceptable. Flexible business ethics action can include the following, to varying degrees:
• Manipulation
• Coercion
• Pretense
• Feigning interest or knowledge
• Adaptation to unfamiliar situations
• Anything outside your comfort zone that requires “faking it”
