You can easily verify that the actual user ID and password are not recorded in the
macro by checking the sequence of events in the Connect macro in the tree view
(left panel of the Host Access window). As can be seen in Figure 5-12 on
page 135, the user ID and password displayed are not the ones actually used
when playing out the macro, but variable names (_userid and _password,
respectively).
Insert Password
Important: The process of inserting a user ID and password might not work
exactly the same as when directly typing a user ID and password into the host
screen. The cursor might not automatically skip to the next input field on the
screen when inserting an 8-byte user ID or password into an 8-byte field.
