4.4.5 User Lists

User Lists list the user IDs, passwords, and other connection-specific parameters

associated with a particular connection pool definition. For systems that allow

only a single connection per user ID, the number of user IDs determines the

number of connections that can be active in a single pool.

The fields are (see Figure 4-10 on page 85):

User List Name

The name used by the connection pool to refer to this user list.

Exception Count

The number of timed-out requests for a user ID. This happens only for hosts

that allow only one connection per user ID.
