Time is important when we have a job and when we want another job. Make a great first impression by adding two features to your resume: a capabilities profile and a 90-day plan.

 

Adding these two features to your resume conveys more than just a message about who you are; it conveys how you think, how you work, and how you will contribute.

 

And it will save you and your interviewer time. One thing you never want to do with any person in a senior position is to waste his or her time. Having a resume, a capabilities profile, and a 90- day plan usually results in the interviewer saying, often aloud, “How could I hire anyone else?”
