Innovation for Publishers
You're invited to our third TOC Executive Roundtable gathering, co-hosted by O'Reilly Tools of Change and Publishers Weekly. We feel it's important to carve out time for publishing executives like yourself to discuss the big picture issues we're all facing and, more importantly, to take action on those issues with your peers.
For this Roundtable we've invited Henrik Werdelin, Managing Partner at Prehype, to talk about innovation. The discussion will focus on one simple question: What business are we really in? If your answer is "books" or even "ebooks" you're thinking too small. Henrik will help us expand our horizons as we talk not only about our core businesses but also who the real competition is and how we need to adjust our thinking going forward.
But it wouldn't be a "roundtable" if we just sat there listening to to him the entire time. Henrik will make a presentation but will also focus on getting feedback and sparking dialog among the audience.
The Executive Roundtable is an invitation-only event, and it's completely free of charge. We believe this event is unlike any other you've attended before and we hope you'll be able to join us.
