Shortcut to Remote Assistance
Remote Assistance is a helpful feature for troubleshooting Windows XP systems, but it's a pain for ordinary users to use. This hack creates a helpful shortcut to this feature

    If your intention was to create a teaser to pull people in without actually providing any substantive information, it worked......

      I was trying to create a shortcut for the same, however, to the best of my knowledge the above doesn't work ... at least it didn't wory for me. You need to create a shortcut to the following for it to work:

      "%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm

      I can't claim the credit for knowing this myself I have to admit, I found it on http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBQ/tip8000/rh8047.htm

      Hope this helps somebody in the same situation as myself
