Bio

Helen Williams spent over a decade working in the public sector before she was involved in her first transformation programme 7 years ago. This convinced her that organisational adoption of lean and agile practices and mindset is the only way modern business can deliver value to users in the face of continuous change. Subsequent experience in over a dozen transformation programmes within financial services, retail and the energy sector has led her to understand that real and lasting transformation can only be achieved when the entire enterprise embraces change. Helen specialises in the creation of transformation programmes, supporting leadership teams in embracing new ways of working and building teams of purpose.
