What about an Exim book? An increasing number of sites are moving from Sendmail to Exim and although the Exim documentation (written by the author) is very good. Beacuse of the flexibility of the program there seems to be a need for some sort of "cookbook" to provide practical examples of getting the best of it.
I'm afraid I'm not familiar with exim. If other readers share your enthusiasm, please let us know. We're also considering a book on qmail, another sendmail competitor, and I'd be interested in hearing opinions about that as well. How many of you use sendmail? How many use qmail? How many use exim?
