I just happened upon the Ask Tim question I sent you many months ago. The question invloved the Palm Pilot.

I was wondering if you are still using this device on a daily basis.

Absolutely! And in fact, I'm just loading it up with new goodies from the CD that comes with the upcoming second edition of David Pogue's bestselling book, Palm Pilot: The Ultimate Guide, 2nd Edition! I've been beta-testing the CD, which has more than 3100 programs on it, and there are some wonderful new ones.

But really, what I'm getting my teeth set for is the Palm VII, the version that supports the "instant-online" web-based Palm Query Applications. It's an awesome device. So far it's only in limited release, but when it's available nationwide, I'll be first in line for an upgrade.

The new version of David Pogue's book, which should be out in late June, covers the Palm V and Palm VII.
