I use three iPhones and one iPad. Only the iPad now has problems. (none of which are jailbroken)
I can sync anything by using iTunes app on Mac to install. It always works properly in that direction. However, if I delete any app from the iPad home screen or add any app from the iPad App Store - a sync to the Mac (wired or Wifi) will simply re-add the apps deleted or wipe out the apps added. Hello everyone, just purchased a new iPad and wanted to know if an app exists that allows you to send text/SMS messages from your iPad using your mobile (tmobile) number. I cannot seem to find anything and really do not want to use those apps that require you to use a new number and "invite" your friends to download that app as well.

I can add PDFs to iTunes Books Library and sync them up with my iPad but when I delete PDFs within iBooks, I don't want to see the PDFs stored in iTunes iBooks. Is this possible? Read more…

I've been conversing with medical students -- some of the early adapters for using the iPad for reading textbooks. PDF files work well: tools like GoodReader allow for organization and annotation of texts and iAnnotate allows indexing of your entire PDF library.
CHM files don't play nearly as well on the iPad. While specialty viewers are available, they don't integrate well with a PDF... Read more…
