Postponed Conference Transfer Information

• Conference Pass -- All paid conference fees will be transferred to the new conference dates for the O'Reilly Peer-to-Peer and Web Services Conference. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact lholder@oreilly.com or call 800-998-9938.



• Hotel -- If you had a reservation at the Omni Shoreham Hotel for the conference, and you had identified yourself as a conference attendee when you made the reservation, we arranged with the hotel to cancel your reservation for this week without penalties. If you need to contact the hotel and confirm these arrangements, call 1-800-THE-OMNI or 1-202-234-0700.

  Be sure to let the reservation agent know that you are attending the O'Reilly Peer-to-Peer and Web Services Conference.
  
  The standard guest room rate at The Westin Grand is $219. The Westin Grand will honor these discounted rates up until the first day of the conference. All rates are single or double occupancy and do not include a 14.5% local and state tax (subject to change without notice).



• Airfares -- It is our understanding that if you have purchased a non-refundable ticket, the ticket can be used as future travel credit on that airline for one year from the date of purchase. Most airlines currently charge an exchange fee for this transaction; however, some airlines, in view of the current situation, have announced that they are either waiving these fees or refunding non-refundable tickets altogether. Check your individual airline carrier for specific details pertaining to your ticket.
