Windows 98 Annoyances

Here are the changes that were made for 4/99 reprint:


(136)  The box contains a warning, so this was changed to a turkey icon instead
        of an owl icon.


(159)  In the first paragraph, lines 6-7, the sentence "You can launch it from
       the Start Menu by selecting..." was deleted.


(172)  The first paragraph line 2 used to read:

        "and is located in your Windows folder"

It now reads:

        "and is usually located in your Windows folder"


(177) In the section "Special Considerations", 1st b.l. item, line 4, "Turn on
      the Show all files option" was changed to "Choose the Show all
      files option."


(181) The 4th n.l. item, line 3, used to read:

        "Turn on the Show all files option"

It now reads:

        "Choose the Show all files option"


(273) There are five comments in Example 6-1 and one in Example 6-2. The last
      three in Example 6-1 occupy two lines, and the remainder occupy one.
      They have been italicized.


(373) The last line used to read:

        "using the Window"

It now reads:

        "using the Windows"


(400)  In the  "Run a shortcut" section, the two code fragments in the section
        begin "start..."   The "S" of "start" was capitalized.
