(xiii) Line 14, change "indicate" to "indicates".


(7) line 8, (files checklist/opening.{ch,ap}),
    delete the word 'either'.


(16) line 6, delete the word 'either'.


(55)  table 4-2;
Replace "+file" with "+ file".  (The extra space is mandatory).


(127) add an index entry for "tab (see indentation)". 


(214)  The end of first line of fifth entry (gq command) of table 11-11:

"... no longer that what's set ..."

should be:

"... no longer than what's set ..."


(295) line 16 (files checklist/opening.{ch,ap}),
    delete the word 'either'.
