If you've thoroughly investigated other sources for help (see Chapter
1 of the books that come with the Kit for suggestions) and
still need assistance, technical support is available for the
Perl Resource Kit. Before contacting technical support, make sure
you have enrolled your copy of the Resource Kit using the
online enrollment form. Registering your copy helps us provide
better service and keep you up-to-date on what is happening with Perl at
O'Reilly.
Support for the Perl Resource Kit comes in three flavors:
- Once you register your Resource Kit, you have up to 30
days of free initial installation support on Windows NT 4.0 or higher,
Windows 98, and Windows 95 for the software included on the CD-ROM. This
support is available by phone at (707) 829-0515 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Pacific Time, U.S.A.), Monday through Friday.
- After the 30 days or for software problems beyond
installation, technical support is available for a fee
through the Perl Clinic, which you can reach in several ways:
- For help and information on the books included in the
Resource Kit, technical support is available by email
at perltech@oreilly.com.
