the underlying links have always the same error!

for example : instead of ..\index\prog\ch12_05.htm it should be ..\prog\ch12_05.htm

The first time I tried to submit this it complained about page # field being 0, so I
lost the original detailed description -- UGH!  :(

Ok, here's a quick recap:  When I do a full text search (across all books or just
one) the matches are listed properly, but double-clicking on a match or selecting a
match and clicking the view button do _not_ open match. (nothing happens)

I'm running Mac OS 10.2.3 on a Powerbook G4 1Ghz, in MS Internet Explorer v 5.2.2.  I
have downloaded the updated master index from your errata, but that didn't help.
