note : If there is a conflict between the computer configuration settings and the user configuration settings, the user configuration settings are applied because the user settings are more specific.


but this is incorrect , in this conflict , it is computer that win at last.

2. At the command prompt, type netdom computername
There is no slash before computername. This would not work for me
without the slash.
