Not an error, but it still might be useful for readers to know how the Jacobsen vs Katzer appeal discussed on that page turned out. As an addendum, a link to e.g. the O'Reilly Radar entry would be good:

In particular, concerns about "ambiguity" of licenses, not just the Artistic License, and debates on contract-vs-license, are now on a different legal footing.
