It says and shows the formatting palette includes a Table section, which Word 2008 V12.2.8 does not unless the cursor already is inside a preexisting table. So you can't create a new table using the formatting palette. |

There is no Document Template selection in the Format pop-up. There are at least 3 different options with "Template" in their names (.dotx, .dot & .dotm), none of which are described in your book here. This gets further confusing later in the page @para starting "If you send...." |

An omission problem. Your shown Bullets and Numbering box correctly shows Outline Numbered and List Styles options, but the test on pps 104-5 doesn't talk about these two options (or customizing them), which are different than the two options which are discussed on pps 103-5. |

Says using Format command to Search, Find and Replace various qualities of text or formating. But there is no Search functionality in the Format menu selections that can be used this way. There is if you use the Edit/Find & Replace, then turn button in lower left corner of the dialog box to reveal these options. |

Entourage 2008 will not, in its current version (12.1.4) allow double-clicking of an event in any calendar window. Instead, double clicking will only allow the editing of the name of the event in the same calendar window. One must actually click once on the event and then go to File-Open Event, or double click to the left of the event (but within the same date box) to open it for editing. And in either case, Entourage will not allow click and drag, as stated in your manual, of an event to another date. |

This section is taken over word for word from description (text and image) the Word 2004 Open Dialog Box which has changed in Word 2008. There is no "New Folder" button, for one thing. The "Enable" button is in a different part of the box than shown in the illustration. |

You suggest that the formating menus work the same in Powerpoint as they do in Word. This is not true. There appear to be several commands that are available in Word that are not in Powerpoint - including one that you repeat elsewhere in the book. |
