the pdf is not well formatted, tables, figures in general are not fully contained on the page.

Also the font used could be made smaller so more content appears on one page.

May be there could be a pdf for printing, and a pdf for eBook readers.

How is This Possible?

Where it says:
Some people (especially executives) simply want to know that **they** thing they’re interested in is available and accessible to them.

It might mean to say:
Some people (especially executives) simply want to know that the thing they’re interested in is available and accessible to them.

or it could say (joking):
Some people (especially executives) simply want to know that their thing is available and accessible to them. :-)
