Figure 9-10 is extremely misleading/confusing. Both daily count lines are non-zero before any work items have been added judging by the color-coded Cumulative Flow part of the graph. Additionally, the daily count and long-term inventory over time (L) trend line is downward while the WIP is increasing. |
