arose from a mis-reading of the W3C specification, which refers to the application of

Color name table RGB, Hex, and Web-safe values

There were inconsistancies between the RGB and Hexadecimal values given for the
following colors: blanchedalmond, gray, ivory.

blanchedalmond: HEX value now reads "FFFFCB"

gray: HEX value now reads "808080"

ivory: HEX value now reads "FFF0F0"

The Nearest Web-safe Color values were incorrect for the following colors:
darkslategray, navy.

darkslategray: Nearest web safe now reads "336666"

navy: Nearest web safe now reads "000099"
