Errata for Microsoft® Exchange Server 2010 Administrator’s Pocket Consultant

Delegating Mailbox Access

1.Start Outlook. In Outlook 2007, on the Tools menu, click Account Settings. In Outlook 2010, click the Office Button, Click the Account settings button, and then select the Account Settings option. On the delegates tab or in the Delegates dialog box, click Add.

The above instructions do not appear to work in Outlook 2007 as stated above. I found instructions on how to delegate mailbox access on Microsoft?s website which is correct (Tools menu > Options > Delegates) please see link below

Note from the Author or Editor:
In Outlook 2007, click Options on the Tools menu and then select the Delegates tab in the Options dialog box.
