Table 3.2 and notes

For method 'Focus group' under 'Cons' there is an extra 'a' as the first character in the box. Also the table note 'a' and 'b' (for Survey Cons) are reversed in the note sections (i.e.: note 'a' actually goes to Survey and not Focus Group while note 'b' actually goes to Focus group and not Survey).

In the "Cons" section for the "Focus group" row, the first word should be changed from "aDiscussions" to "Discussions"

The footnote markers for the "Cons" for "Focus group" and "Survey" are transposed. Footnote "a" belongs with "Survey" and Footnote "b" belongs with "Focus group"
