The web page address for the (good/huge) list of web design tools posted by the University of Minnesota Duluth has changed or was listed improperly.

The correct link is below. There is just one small part that is not correct. In case this changes again in the future, you can also go to the University's website and search for "web design tools".

The last sentence is repeted twice:

Both sentences say the same thing, even though worded differently. I though it was time to go to bed when thought I kept skipping lines or was having some sort of dejavu :)

What is described is the opposite of what is shown. The line being talked about is the 5th line of code (0 0 255) and with reference to that it is stated "What follows, then, for the ASCII-formatted data, is a set of RGB values in RGB order, with each value separated by a space." (pwd~> so far so good) "In this example each color is separated by a carriage return, but they could all be on the same line."

The *are* listed on the same line, separated by spaces.
