The image originally in Figure 6-5 HAS BEEN MOVED into figure box for Figure
6-4, the image in Figure 6-6 HAS BEEN MOVED into the figure box for Figure 6-5, etc.

The box for Figure 6-19 HAS NOW BEEN FILLED with the image found at
