The text refers to the Command-[ and Command-] keys as the Rewind and Fast Forward keyboard shortcuts.
However, those keys are actually the "Previous Bookmark" and "Next Bookmark" keyboard shortcuts.
The Rewind and Fast Forward keys are actually "[" and "]" (without the command key).
