The example on p70-72 is not consistent with itself. The insert into iostat (starting
at the bottom of page 71) has a different structure to the table created on page 70.
The field SAMPLE_TIME is superfluous or missing depending on which part you believe.

The SAMPLE_TIME column should be eliminated from the INSERT.
