2nd paragraph and following get/set-community-name examples

Sentences two and three cite two IP addresses, 10.123.46.25 and
10.123.56.101. However, the following get/set community-name examples
refer to 10.123.56.25 and 10.123.46.101.

Change the third octet of the IP addresses in the paragraph to match
the IP addresses in the examples.

In addition, in the third example:

set-community-name operset IP: 10.123.46.101 VIEW: -mib-2

the community string should be "operator" to match the wording in
the preceding paragraph text and first get-community-name example,
whose community string is "operator".
