Errata for Programming Microsoft SQL Server 2012

Cit: "We?ve spent a lot of time so far discussing certain features in SQL Azure that are not supported in SQL Server." - It should be opposite, e.g. discussion was about features of SQL Server not supported in SQL Azure.

Note from the Author or Editor:
The reported error is genuine and needs to be corrected. The terms "SQL Server" and "SQL Azure" should be swapped.
