The text advises to set mineral frequency to "Everywhere" at world generation. This leads to a bug in the site finder later on (also reported to Amazon). It should be "Frequent" until DF is fixed.

Appendix, Table A-2

Appendix Table A-2 "Create world settings" tells me to set Mineral Occurrence to "Everywhere". However, earlier in the book (Table 2-1, pages 9/10), this is set to Frequent, which is the correct setting. Appendix needs to be changed, too.

I regards to the Everywhere vs. Frequent mineral settings errata that was fixed in Table 2-1, the Building Worlds paragraph still instructs the reader to choose Everywhere.

Top of page in table

Mineral Occurrence should not be set to Everywhere as then the find parameters (later, on page 14) cannot be satisfied and you cannot progress in the book. This apparently has affected many people. It needs to be set to one lower setting.

Note from the Author or Editor:
Turns out there is a bug with site finder. The flux is there, but site finder can't find it due to the abundance of other minerals. This will be corrected shortly. Until now, follow the advice of turning down your mineral frequency one.
