Errata
The errata list is a list of errors and their corrections that were found after the product was released. If the error was corrected in a later version or reprint the date of the correction will be displayed in the column titled "Date Corrected".

The URL given doesn't exist any more. The Philadelphia Sheriff's office provides a listing of dates of foreclosure auctions at <http://www.officeofphiladelphiasheriff.com/home-buyers/foreclosure-listings>. Following one of the links for an auction date brings you to another page where you can click on a download link with a CSV for a specific date. For example, <http://www.officeofphiladelphiasheriff.com/images/documents/mortgage3-5-13.csv>.
