direction/motivation graphic

In chapter 3, the direction/motivation matrix graphic that accompanies the "People Are Like Plants" section, appears to have the axes swapped.

The graphic shows "Needs DIRECTION!" for the transition from bored to excited and "Needs MOTIVATION!" for the transition from scattered to self-directed. It should be the other way around. The text of the paragraph that follows agrees with this interpretation.

2nd paragraph

"...comments can be summed up with the popular Greek maxim, '?d?? ??a?,' or 'nothing in excess.'"

I'm not sure what Greek words should be here, but this clearly is not the correct rendering.
