The logic is reversed. The Input port returns true when the switch is open, not pressed. Page 19 explains this in more detail, but is incorrect.
I saw this on a Netduino Plus revision B.
Build 4.1.2821.0
Note from the Author or Editor: The description in the book is correct for firmware release 4.1.1 and later. Unfortunately, the stable version is still 4.1.0 (update 6).
