2nd and 3rd paragraph

The definition of the 2nd form of brace expansion says:
"Bash ignores leading zeros on incr, always treating it as a decimal value."
The following paragraph says:
"Thus a leading zero on incr causes it to be treated as an octal value."
These two statements contradict each other.

Note from the Author or Editor:
Hi. Please remove the text that says "Bash ignores leading zeros on incr,
always treating it as a decimal value."

Thanks!
