This book actually only covers 5 of the 9 exams.


(11) First para., third line:

	"firstne" should be "first"


{26} Under the "NDIS and ODI" heading, the first paragraph, first
sentence reads:

	"The Network Device Interface Specification (NDIS) is a
	standard developed by Microsoft and IBM to define the
	communication between protocols and network card drivers."

Should read:

	"The Network Device interface Specification (NDIS) is a
	standard developed by Microsoft and 3Com to define the
	communication between protocols and network card drivers."


{36} In the "Mesh" section, first paragraph, third sentence, now reads:
	
	"...a four-node network would use eight cables..."

Should read:

	"...a four-node network would use six cables..."


(75) Reads:
	
	"12. A. multimode fiber optic is generally more expensive."

Should read:
	
	"12. A. single-mode fiber optic is generally more expensive."


{159} Under the "Installation Problems," "Out of disk space" heading, the
third sentence reads:

	"You can also use the WINNT /D option to specify a drive for
	the temproary storage."

Should read:

        "You can also use the WINNT /t:<i>drive-letter</i> option to
	specify a drive for the temproary storage."


{175} Answer 15: the answer should be B: 
	
	"The correct command is start /high app.exe"


(252) Typo: "valuess" should be "values"  



(276) Middle: "IIS and given permissions"  

Should read:

	"and have given permissions"




(314) The first sentence in the seconded bulleted item on the page now reads:

	"Protected mode is supported by Windows 95, and under DOS by extended 
	(EMS) or expanded (XMS) memory managers."

Should read:
