Here are the changes that were made in the 10/97 reprint:


(x): changed all the references to "ora.com" to "oreilly.com"

(xi): same change as on previous page

(3): line 4: changed "Champagne" to "Champaign" and changed
"ora.com" to "oreilly.com" twice in the last para. on the page

(90): line 2-3 under "Extracting Links": moved the close paren and
comma from line 3 back to the end of line 2

{133}: line -9: changed "upon -q" to "upon -h"

{139}: removed code line 20 ("#BACK")

{180}: under "If-Unmodified-Since": changed "has been modified" to
"has not been modified"

(201): 4th line from the bottom in the table: changed "RFC1557" to
"RFC 1557"

(216): added the following to the end of the next-to-last para:

Whenever possible, our books use RepKover (tm), a durable and
flexible lay-flat binding. If the page count exceeds RepKover's limit,
perfect binding is used.
