(227) footnote: changed "Issac" to "Isaac"

(234) note: changed "Garfinkle" to "Garfinkel"

{502} Data Copying and Conversion with dd: changed descriptions of ibs and
obs to read "... block size, which must be a
multiple of the system block size (which is usually 512 bytes)."

Also, in the example command: changed 'ibs=2' to 'ibs=1024'.

{553} para. 2: changed "the old lock file and socket" to "the old
socket and lock file"
