SCO UNIX in a Nutshell

Here are the changes from the 1/98 reprint:

(i): removed the referees
(iii): removed these referees too

(569): changed the section about the refs to info about the bear
(contact me and I'll send you the new text), and added the following
to the last paragraph:

Whenever possible, our books use RepKover (tm), a durable and flexible
lay-flat binding. If the page count exceeds RepKover's limit, perfect
binding is used.
