Typo in the second line of 2nd paragraph of first Dumb Question answer, "availble" (...your team members won't be availble for...) should be "available".

Question 3, second sentence "initaitives" (The initaitives are tracked...) should be "initiatives".

This is incorrect. As per the PMBOK guide 4th edition page 74, out of the 2 processes - 1 shows up in the Integration Management knowledge area while the other one in the Project Communications Management knowledge area.

It is not asking what is forecasted, which I agree the PM is concerned about, and which TCPI would make sense as an answer. I took this question as looking for "the Best" answer, which to me is the second B answer (normally, this would be the C answer) The project is CURRENTLY on target. Please help me understand better than what was explained in the book.

It says, "...but he's concerned that he's not going come in under budget."

I calculated the same value for CPI: 0.7597. However, option D also says the project is within budget. The answer on pg 692 also says this CPI indicates the project is within budget. But on pg 356, the book states "you've blown your budget if CPI is less than 1." PMBOK also states "a CPI value less than 1.0 idicates a cost overrun for work completed." Answer D should say "CPI is .7597, so I've exceeded my budget."
